We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at shopyphos@sisyphos-berlin.net. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Alternatively, returns can also be sent to our warehouse, the location will be communicated upon delivery.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that it may take longer than expected to ship your goods if you are not resident in Germany.
