We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at shopyphos@sisyphos-berlin.net. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Alternatively, returns can also be sent to our warehouse, the location will be communicated upon delivery.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that it may take longer than expected to ship your goods if you are not resident in Germany.

Dieses Jahr öffnet die Ente ihre Türen schon vor dem großen Schwitziphos-Spektakel – und zwar für die Saunierenden von morgen!
Am Samstag, den 29. November, laden wir von 10 bis 14 Uhr Familien mit Kindern (ab 4 Jahren) zum entspannten und fröhlichen Saunieren ein.
Es gibt Saunaerlebnisse für Klein und Groß, Badezuber zum Planschen, Zeit zum Entspannen, Leckereien aus der Sisy-Küche und Erfrischungen für zwischendurch.
In familiärer Atmosphäre können Eltern mit ihren Kindern spielerisch in die Welt des Saunierens hineinschnuppern – behutsam, achtsam und mit viel Freude.
Ein Vormittag zum Schwitzen, Lachen, Naschen, Ausprobieren und Entdecken – bevor ab 15 Uhr das große Schwitziphos startet.
